You know how in the heat of the moment, you might as well be talking to the wall?


Here’s the thing. Everyone has to calm down first before any effective discipline or correction can occur.


Here's a quick tip for a quick win with your parenting>>>


  1. Connect with yourself - Pause and exhale 3 times in order to get to a place of being calmer and more available.

  2. Then connect with your child from that more regulated place.


Once everyone calms down and feels more connected, you’ll be able to make the best parenting choices for the situation at hand. Your child will be able to listen better and also be more likely to talk to you.
